About Optimized Daily Report
Optimized Daily Report is a weekday morning email for people who run the business side of hormone, peptide, GLP-1 and aesthetics care. It goes out at 6:30 a.m. ET and takes about four minutes to read.
Who it's for
Medspa owners, telehealth operators, 503A pharmacies, 503B outsourcing facilities, prescribers who own their practice, and the marketers who fill their calendars. We cover money, deals, patient demand and marketing, plus the legal and regulatory news that changes what a clinic does this week.
Editor: David Milliken.
How we report prices and policy
The Price Board lists the monthly cash price each seller shows on its own website, with the date we checked and a link to the page. It isn't a rate card or a recommendation.
The policy page says where FDA's interim policy on compounded peptides stands, and when the White House review period ends.
The archive shows each issue as it was sent. When we get something wrong, we leave the original text and add a correction note to that issue. Every fix is also logged below.
Optimized Daily Report is business news for clinic operators. Not medical, legal, or investment advice. Company claims are the company's.

Oct. 20 issue misstated the White House review deadline
In the Oct. 20 issue, we wrote that OMB has no deadline. That was wrong. The "None" in reginfo.gov's Legal Deadline field refers to deadlines for FDA's action. Executive Order 12866 gives White House reviewers (OIRA) 90 days to review, plus one 30-day extension. The White House received FDA's interim policy on compounded peptides on Oct. 14, 2026, so the 90 days run through Jan. 12, 2027, or Feb. 11, 2027 with the full extension. Those end dates are our math. reginfo.gov doesn't print them.
